🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in-house transactional experience interacting with customers, vendors, and executives
- 3+ years negotiating SaaS agreements, amendments, and order forms
- Full contract lifecycle knowledge from NDA to signature
- GDPR knowledge; CIPP/E or CIPP/US bonus; CCPA knowledge
- French or German language skills preferred; EU civil law jurisdiction bonus
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
