🎯 Requirements

6-8+ years of legal experience in tech transactions; 3+ years negotiating SaaS contracts.
Strong knowledge of data privacy, data security, and regulatory frameworks.
Sound business judgment; ability to decide amid ambiguity.
Ability to prioritize multiple deals with tight deadlines.
Clear, concise communicator who distills risks for cross-functional partners.
History advising high-growth companies and negotiating platform agreements.
