You will partner with SpendHound teams to negotiate, draft, and close deals.
Develop contract negotiation and drafting skills across the deal lifecycle.
Improve contract management processes and forms.
Collaborate with SpendHound to facilitate contract reviews and internal processes.
Evaluate and advise on appropriate legal actions to meet business needs.
Handle NDA initiation to deal closing in a fast-paced setting.

🎯 Requirements

JD or equivalent; licensed to practice in NY.
3-5 years of relevant experience as a practicing attorney.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and redlining for business contracts.
Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to have SaaS background.
