📋 Description

• Draft and negotiate inbound commercial agreements.
• Provide timely legal advice on requests, issues, and policies.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sourcing, Privacy, and Security to enforce policies.
• Enable and train internal stakeholders on revisions and terms.
• Develop scalable contracting frameworks, playbooks, and standards.
• Support ad hoc projects and share knowledge on legal developments.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in-house at a SaaS company drafting and negotiating procurement agreements.
• Law degree and admitted to practice law in the U.S.
• Excellent legal and business judgment, integrity, and EQ.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience across People, Enterprise Tech, Security, Privacy, and Sourcing.
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
