📋 Description

• Own end-to-end legal strategy for partnership programs
• Advise Partnerships & Alliances in planning and execution
• Lead multi-party negotiations on integrations and revenue sharing
• Architect scalable partnership templates and risk controls
• Counsel on structures balancing risk and growth
• Coordinate with Compute, Finance, and GTM on intertwined deals

🎯 Requirements

• JD and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar (CA preferred)
• Proven record leading complex tech partnerships negotiations
• Experience as go-to legal partner for partnerships/BD org
• Deep understanding of partnership economics and incentives
• Superior judgment in risk assessment and tradeoffs
• Excellent executive communication; negotiate with partner GCs
