🎯 Requirements
- 6 to 8+ years of relevant legal experience (in-house and top firm).
- Significant experience negotiating customer-facing commercial contracts, especially SaaS and enterprise.
- Strong judgement balancing legal risk, commercial priorities, and speed.
- Clear, concise advice to help the business decide quickly.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail; avoid over-lawyering.
- Systems-oriented mindset to scale legal support; interest in tech/AI.
- UK or other common-law qualification preferred.
