- Lead negotiations of complex commercial transactions (payor and vendor contracts).

🎯 Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school; admitted to at least one US state bar.
- 5+ years of relevant commercial and transactional legal experience.
- Experience drafting and negotiating health payor, SaaS, and other vendor contracts.
- Knowledge of US healthcare regulatory frameworks (Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark).
- Experience with commercial, federal, and state payors.
- Strong multitasking and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
