Lead GTM deals and contract work for EU and MENA
Manage GDPR compliance and DPAs
Manage local regulatory compliance (DORA, EU AI Act, EU Data Act)
Handle high-volume workflow, redlining and negotiating Licensing, SaaS, and NDAs
Advise on local requirements to a US-based technical/operational team
Work with teams to launch new markets in EMEA and close enterprise deals

🎯 Requirements

7+ years drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including international deals
Experience with high-velocity tech company preferred
Transnational work across Europe, Middle East, and Asia/South Asia
Must have experience working from local market for US-based company
Bonus for launching new EU/MENA markets
