  • 7+ years as a commercial attorney; drafting/negotiating complex SaaS, licensing, tech, and marketing deals.
  • Strong understanding of the EMEA regulatory framework affecting contracts (GDPR, DORA, TUPE, EU AI Act).
  • Experience partnering with globally distributed in-house teams, especially sales and channel, at a SaaS company.
  • Process and tool oriented innovator; drives efficiency and enables self service with procurement teams.
  • At least 1 year of people management and leadership experience in an in-house legal environment.
  • JD with bar admission; high integrity and ethics.
