  • Serve as primary Legal contact for go-to-market and procurement deals across EMEA.
  • Independently manage and negotiate customer, vendor, partnership, and reseller agreements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable contracting processes and playbooks.
  • Draft, maintain, and iterate on agreement templates, playbooks, and fallback positions.
  • Participate in and advise on Vercel regional expansion strategies in EMEA and beyond.
  • Use AI tools to build and refine workflows and processes for more efficient, consistent work.

🎯 Requirements

  • Qualified and in good standing in England and Wales.
  • 10+ years of legal experience, incl. 5+ years in-house at a technology company.
  • Deeply familiar with GDPR and privacy regulations; able to discuss privacy with customers.
  • Strong understanding of AI and cloud-based services and global regulatory landscape.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI to build tools, workflows, and processes.
  • Excellent judgment with risk assessment and pragmatic recommendations.
