- Lead negotiation and drafting of SaaS, enterprise, reseller, and vendor agreements in EMEA.
- Partner with GTM leaders to support complex enterprise deals and accelerate cycles.
- Advise on GDPR, AI regs, tech and consumer laws affecting the business.
- Collaborate with Security and Product on DPAs, security addenda, and compliance.
- Support international expansion and entry, with outside counsel coordination.
- Develop scalable contracting processes, playbooks, templates, and approvals.
🎯 Requirements
- Qualified lawyer in at least one EMEA jurisdiction (UK or EU preferred).
- 8+ years of legal experience, including time at a top law firm or in-house at a growth-tech company.
- Significant SaaS/tech enterprise negotiation experience.
- Deep GDPR familiarity; cross-border data transfers preferred.
- Strong understanding of AI, software, and developer tools regulations is a plus.
- Experience partnering with GTM and cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
