๐ฏ Requirements
- 6 to 8+ years of relevant legal experience (law firm and in-house)
- Significant experience negotiating customer-facing SaaS and enterprise contracts
- Strong business judgment balancing legal risk, priorities, and speed
- Clear, concise advice enabling quick stakeholder decisions
- J.D. and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills; independent in a fast-moving env
