  • 6 to 8+ years of relevant legal experience (law firm and in-house)
  • Significant experience negotiating customer-facing SaaS and enterprise contracts
  • Strong business judgment balancing legal risk, priorities, and speed
  • Clear, concise advice enabling quick stakeholder decisions
  • J.D. and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills; independent in a fast-moving env
