Build scalable infrastructure to deliver legal support to growing customers.
Collaborate with Business, Operations, Finance, and Engineering to shepherd deals to execution.

🎯 Requirements

Attorney in good standing, licensed in US or UK.
3-7 years of transactional legal experience.
Experience negotiating SaaS and licensing agreements.
In-house experience preferred, ideally at a high-growth SaaS company.
