🎯 Requirements
- Strong contract drafting skills with precision and clarity.
- Experience negotiating technology and commercial agreements with sophisticated counterparties.
- 3-5 years of commercial law experience in-house at tech/financial services or corporate/tech transactions.
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction.
- Exceptional judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial, builder-oriented mindset with willingness to own and improve internal processes.
