Review and negotiate commercial customer agreements to enable revenue growth.
Balance risk while supporting rapid sales expansion.
Advise field sales with strategic counsel to close deals.
Update and maintain legal agreements and internal policies.
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Information Security, Product, and Privacy.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum of four (4) years of technology transactions experience.
Experience with cloud-based software and consumption/commit models.
Drafting, negotiating, and closing complex software sell-side transactions.
Strong knowledge of information security, data privacy, AI, and open source software.
Ability to balance risk and counsel on complex issues.
JD and good standing to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
