🎯 Requirements

7+ years drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
Experience with high-velocity tech companies preferred.
Deep knowledge of GDPR, DPAs, EU AI Act, DORA.
Experience drafting Licensing, SaaS agreements, and NDAs.
Strong cross-functional communication with non-legal stakeholders and US-based teams.
