  • Lead negotiation/review of SaaS, services, procurement, and technology contracts.
  • Negotiate with vendors/customers via calls and meetings; maintain relationships.

🎯 Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • 6+ years of relevant legal experience in leading law firm and/or in-house with B2B SaaS/tech/data focus.
  • Significant experience drafting, negotiating, and advising on SaaS, services, vendor/procurement, partnership, and data-processing agreements.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Procurement, Product, Security, and business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with privacy, AI, and security issues in contracting and product counseling, including risk assessment and escalation.
  • Experience building/improving templates, playbooks, workflows, and CLM/workflow tools.
