  • J.D. from an accredited law school; active US bar in at least one jurisdiction.
  • 6+ years of relevant commercial law experience in B2B SaaS/tech/data.
  • Draft and negotiate SaaS, services, vendor, and data-processing agreements.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Procurement, Product, Security, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with privacy, AI, and security issues in contracting and product counsel.
  • Experience building or improving templates, playbooks, workflows, and CLM tooling.
  • AI tools experience in legal practice (preferred).
