📋 Description

• Lead negotiation of SaaS, services, procurement, and tech partnership agreements.
• Negotiate with vendors and customers via calls/virtual meetings.
• Advise Sales and Procurement with outcome-focused legal guidance.
• Create AI-enabled workflows and playbooks to speed drafting and review.
• Improve contracting workflows; automate bottlenecks; structure knowledge.
• Share insights to improve templates, training, and AI models.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active US bar in at least one jurisdiction.
• 6+ years of relevant commercial law experience in B2B SaaS/tech/data.
• Draft and negotiate SaaS, services, vendor, and data-processing agreements.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Procurement, Product, Security, and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with privacy, AI, and security issues in contracting and product counsel.
• Experience building or improving templates, playbooks, workflows, and CLM tooling.
• AI tools experience in legal practice (preferred).
