🎯 Requirements

- 6+ years in commercial transactions for B2B SaaS/software/data businesses
- Experience drafting/negotiating SaaS, services, vendor/procurement, and data-processing agreements
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Procurement, Product, Security
- Familiarity with privacy, AI, and security issues in contracting
- Experience building templates, playbooks, workflows; CLM/tools; AI tools in legal preferred
