- Experience advising on staffing models, contingent workforce, and employment law in contracts (EOR/AOR).
- Draft, negotiate, and manage high-volume customer/vendor agreements balancing risk and enablement.
- Strong communicator translating complex legal concepts for cross-functional partners; proven influence.
- Comfort with AI tools to draft/review legal docs and improve workflow.
