  • Draft, review, negotiate customer MSAs, OFs, DPAs, BAAs.
  • Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Security, RevOps to expedite deals.
  • Advise on data privacy, security, IP, and liability in SaaS.
  • Provide practical, business-focused guidance to close deals.
  • Develop and improve contract templates, playbooks, negotiation guidelines.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives for product, pricing, GTM, lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years negotiating and drafting sales agreements in SaaS/tech (in-house or law firm).
  • Strong experience negotiating SaaS, cloud, or tech agreements for direct sales.
  • Working knowledge of data privacy, security, and B2B SaaS contracting.
  • Balance legal risk with business objectives in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication with non-legal stakeholders.
  • Admitted to practice in the applicable jurisdiction.
