π― Requirements
- 7+ years negotiating and drafting sales agreements in SaaS/tech (in-house or law firm).
- Strong experience negotiating SaaS, cloud, or tech agreements for direct sales.
- Working knowledge of data privacy, security, and B2B SaaS contracting.
- Balance legal risk with business objectives in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication with non-legal stakeholders.
- Admitted to practice in the applicable jurisdiction.
