- Provide practical legal guidance to balance risk with business needs.
- Help develop and improve templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines.
- Support cross-functional initiatives on product launches and pricing.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 7+ yearsโ experience negotiating and drafting sales agreements.
- In-house SaaS/tech or law firm background.
- Experience negotiating SaaS, cloud, or tech agreements for direct sales.
- Knowledge of data privacy, security, and tech contracting in B2B SaaS.
- Strong communication and ability to advise non-legal stakeholders.
- Admitted to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
