Support global contract negotiations with customers and vendors, incl. geo-expansion.
Coach sales teams on deal structure and negotiations.
Negotiate contracts to balance Flexport's interests and liability risks.
Advise on trade finance contracts; streamline terms to customer needs.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to close deals.

🎯 Requirements

JD and bar admission to practice in any US state.
4+ years of professional experience, preferably in-house.
Experience in logistics or transportation and familiarity with applicable legal standards.
Experience negotiating contracts in logistics, ocean freight, or international trade.
Familiarity with capital financing agreements and structures.
Strong teamwork and knowledge of contract lifecycle management.
