Support global customer and vendor negotiations, including geo-expansion.
Coach sales teams on deal structure and contract negotiations.
Negotiate contracts to protect Flexport's interests while balancing risks.
Advise on trade finance contracts and streamline agreements.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to close deals.

🎯 Requirements

JD and bar admission in any US state.
4+ years of professional experience, preferably in-house.
Experience in logistics/transport and maritime conventions (COGSA, Montreal, Warsaw).
Experience negotiating contracts in logistics, ocean freight, or international trade.
Familiarity with capital financing agreements and structures.
Willingness to support additional business teams as needed.
