Ensure APAC events, marketing materials, CRM, and brand communications comply with privacy laws.
Draft, negotiate, and manage complex marketing and licensing agreements.
Monitor regulatory developments in Greater China and APAC; translate into guidance.
Oversee outside counsel.
Drive compliance and process improvements in marketing legal ops.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years of marketing legal experience (in-house or law firm).
Subject matter expert on APAC and global marketing compliance.
Regional knowledge of APAC markets, incl. Greater China.
Proficiency in GDPR and APAC privacy regs (PDPA/Privacy Act).
Experience delivering localized legal training for APAC audiences.
Strong communication and ability to manage multiple deals under deadlines.
