🎯 Requirements

3+ years as a commercial attorney in a law firm or tech company.
Experience drafting and negotiating enterprise SaaS, licensing, and vendor contracts.
Data privacy expertise; CIPP certification a plus.
J.D. from an accredited law school; bar in good standing.
Strong communication; ability to explain legal concepts to non-lawyers.
In-house or cross-functional collaboration experience.
