Be legal point of contact for customer and vendor contracts
Draft and negotiate MSAs, SaaS agreements, NDAs, licenses, and related contracts
Advise on contract status, risks, and liabilities
Support privacy initiatives and regulatory compliance across regions
Manage contract administration: intake, signing, filing, tracking
Provide guidance to executives on legal and compliance issues

🎯 Requirements

J.D. and excellent academic credentials
Bar admission in good standing
4-8 years of commercial transactional experience with tech companies
Excellent drafting and negotiating skills
Ability to balance legal risks with business needs
Experience with global privacy regulations (CCPA, GDPR) is a plus
