  • Review, draft, and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, Order Forms, and DPAs with speed and scalability.
  • Be a responsive, reliable partner to the sales team and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop contract playbooks, fallback positions, and enable sales with negotiation guidance.
  • Partner with security, IT and product to respond to questionnaires with scalable solutions.
  • Review and negotiate vendor agreements with cross-functional stakeholders and meet SLAs.
  • Own and improve legal operations through new workflows and tools like CLM, CPQ, and AI adoption.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • JD from an accredited law school and active license to practice in the US (or equivalent).
  • 4-6 years of legal experience, ideally combining law firm and in-house in a growth company.
  • Strong experience in commercial contract negotiation (customer & vendor) contributing to revenue.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working with sales teams.
  • Good judgment and ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.
  • Clear, concise communication; able to explain legal concepts and develop playbooks.
