- JD from an accredited law school and active license to practice in the US (or equivalent).
- 4-6 years of legal experience, ideally combining law firm and in-house in a growth company.
- Strong experience in commercial contract negotiation (customer & vendor) contributing to revenue.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working with sales teams.
- Good judgment and ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.
- Clear, concise communication; able to explain legal concepts and develop playbooks.
