- Act as primary legal advisor to GTM and execs on customer and partner contracts.
- Lead negotiations of high-value commercial deals; define strategy.
- Draft and redline templates; maintain delegation matrix and workflows.

🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years' PQE in commercial/tech contracts, ideally in-house at SaaS.
- Experience negotiating enterprise MSAs, SOWs and partner agreements.
- Draft and negotiate SLAs, SLOs, and service delivery terms with Eng/GTM.
- Experience advising on employment law issues, HR compliance Canada/US.
- Strong commercial judgment; ability to present tradeoffs to non-lawyers.
- Familiarity with privacy and security controls (SOC2, GDPR, PIPEDA, DORA, ISO 27001).
