🎯 Requirements

- 4–7 years in commercial/tech transactions (ideally both law firm and in-house)
- Solid blockchain, digital assets, and Web3 regulatory knowledge
- Proven ability to negotiate, draft, and close complex agreements
- Strong business judgment; balance risk with efficiency
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and ability to work across time zones

- Base salary $150,000-$200,000 USD annually
