Commercial Construction Project Manager

📋 Description

• Project Collaboration: Work with engineers, architects, and GCs to meet specs.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms with vendors/subcontractors.
• Resource Management: Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials within budget.
• Construction Planning: Schedule operations and milestones to meet deadlines.
• Material Procurement: Source equipment/materials and track inventory.
• Subcontractor Coordination: Hire/manage subcontractors to deliver on schedule.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven commercial construction PM experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project and Procore.
• Knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and PM principles.
• Familiar with health and safety standards; OSHA a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; Spanish a plus.
• PMP or equivalent certification a plus.
