Commercial Associate

📋 Description

• Own and maintain financial models for PPAs, tolling, and solar-storage.
• Organize data rooms, CIMs, and external presentations.
• Track communications with internal and external clients (buyers/offtakers).
• Perform LCOE, RA/ELCC analysis, and augmentation modeling.
• Collaborate with Project Valuation on early-stage pipeline valuation.
• Prepare legal documents: LOIs, PPAs, and MIPAs.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in renewable energy IPP or developer; focus on financial modeling or origination.
• Bachelor's in Finance/Business or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and project management.
• Project finance modeling and power markets experience.
• Knowledge of energy/renewable energy development and finance.
• Ability to analyze models and interpret key drivers.
