Commercial Associate

📋 Description

• Own and maintain financial models for PPAs, tolling, solar-storage, and revenue forecasts.
• Support data rooms, marketing materials, and external-facing presentations.
• Track communications with internal stakeholders and external buyers/offtakers.
• Contribute to LCOE, RA/ELCC analysis, and augmentation optimization.
• Collaborate with Project Valuation Group on early-stage pipeline valuation.
• Assist in preparing and organizing LOIs, PPAs, and MIPAs.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years' renewable IPP/developer experience in financial modeling, origination, or M&A.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Business or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Project finance modeling and power markets analysis experience.
• Knowledge of energy or renewable energy development and finance.
• Ability to analyze financial models and understand key drivers.
