Commercial and Product Counsel

📋 Description

• First-chair inbound vendor agreements: negotiate and close SaaS/DPAs/NDAs.
• First-chair outbound customer and sales contracts; own enterprise terms.
• Build contracting infrastructure: templates, playbooks, self-serve tools.
• Implement AI-powered workflows: AI tools, agents, negotiation support.
• Manage contract lifecycle from intake to execution; track obligations.
• Product counseling and compliance: advise PDE on compliance-by-design for features.

🎯 Requirements

• A J.D. and active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction
• 5–7 years in-house at growth-stage fintech (payments or fundraising preferred)
• High-volume commercial contracting execution
• Contracting systems and infrastructure buildout
• Product counseling in a high-growth tech environment
• Applied use of legal tech and AI tools
