🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years team lead/management experience (a plus).
  • SaaS/MarTech experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or above, a plus.
  • Management cadence mastery: runs 1:1s and team meetings.
  • Forecasting and pipeline rigor: funnel diagnostics and SFDC hygiene.
