📋 Description

  • Recruits, develops, and leads Account Executives to hit goals.
  • Own forecast accuracy and weekly/monthly rhythm of the business.
  • Lead outbound pipeline creation and scalable plays.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Ops, CS, and Product to accelerate deals.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of AE experience, high-transaction sales.
  • 1+ year of team lead/management experience.
  • Experience in SaaS/MarTech.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Forecasting and pipeline hygiene; SFDC discipline.
  • Cross-functional leadership and DE&I recruiting.
