  • Provide administrative support to a portfolio of individuals/teams across the business.
  • Manage calendars in a fast-paced environment; prioritize commitments to enhance time and productivity.

  • Help plan and support office events and external gatherings.

🎯 Requirements

  • At least three years of admin or personal support experience.
  • Excellent digital literacy; proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Experience scheduling international and domestic travel itineraries.
  • Familiarity with travel booking and expense reporting software.
