  • Be the local expert for North-West cities (Liverpool/Chester/Manchester) and the face of Deliveroo.
  • Draw insights from data to improve our customer proposition neighbourhood by neighbourhood.
  • Account management for top restaurant partners; lead negotiations and drive growth on Deliveroo.
  • Work with Account Managers to support the growth of local hero brands.
  • Identify and sign up new and top local favourites to Deliveroo and set them up for success.
  • Map the local sales strategy; identify value proposition gaps to close and areas to focus on.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience in account/relationship management, sales or strategy roles
  • Results and target oriented
  • Comfortable using data on restaurant partners and city/area performance to identify improvements
  • Field-based 2-3 days/week and office/home working 2-3 days/week
