- 1-5 years of experience as an Account Manager or Renewals Specialist, with a focus on renewals and growth.
- Proven ability to manage 50+ accounts while balancing renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience selling open source/SaaS (bonus).
- NoSQL data technologies or other modern data platforms (bonus).
