  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and renewals with high retention and satisfaction.
  • Lead the renewal process; ensure needs are met, check-ins scheduled, terms aligned.
  • Identify growth opportunities to drive incremental revenue; spot new use cases and groups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in each account.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Support, Marketing) to maximize value.
  • Monitor account health and address risks to retention and growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience as an Account Manager or Renewals Specialist, with a focus on renewals and growth.
  • Proven ability to manage 50+ accounts while balancing renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience selling open source/SaaS (bonus).
  • NoSQL data technologies or other modern data platforms (bonus).
