  • Secure annual renewals; validate budgets and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Own topline revenue and weekly forecast with Customer Success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer value

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in quota-carrying sales to existing customers; SDR/AE a plus
  • Experience with consumption-based models, HR/TA tech, Staffing, VMS/MSP
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
  • Connect product/services to customer business needs
  • Excellent communication, executive presence, influence stakeholders
  • Strong consultative skills: discovery, problem solving, follow-through
