π― Requirements
- 3+ years in quota-carrying sales to existing customers; SDR/AE a plus
- Experience with consumption-based models, HR/TA tech, Staffing, VMS/MSP
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Connect product/services to customer business needs
- Excellent communication, executive presence, influence stakeholders
- Strong consultative skills: discovery, problem solving, follow-through
