  • Own a book of APJ accounts and hit quarterly quota.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Run account reviews linking Matillion roadmap to customer outcomes.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships with technical, commercial, and exec stakeholders.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and commit to monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Drive renewals end-to-end and surface customer feedback internally.

  • Experience in a sales-focused SaaS/tech role (SRD/AM/CSM/renewal).
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen; comfortable with contract negotiations and renewals.
  • Stakeholder management; build trust with multiple people in an account.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; lands messages and value.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and MEDDIPICC.
