📋 Description

  • Own retention, renewals, and growth across a portfolio of existing customers.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in account management or renewals with revenue ownership.
  • SaaS or subscription sales/renewals experience preferred.
  • Proven renewals, upsells, and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Ability to build executive-level relationships across complex organizations.
  • Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and organized with multi-priority management.
