  • Nurture and follow up on warm leads (no cold calls)
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline

  • 5+ years direct sales experience (CCaaS/UCaaS preferred)
  • Excellent sales and presentation skills via phone, email, and web
  • Proven success closing deals over the phone
  • Ability to articulate complex tech concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce.com preferred
  • College degree (BA/BS) required
