๐ฏ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent)
- 4+ years in account management, sales, customer success, or related role
- Proven track record meeting or exceeding revenue, retention, or expansion targets
- Experience managing a portfolio of B2B customer accounts
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar systems
- Strong ability to identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
