  • Manage and expand a portfolio of named accounts in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Meet or exceed revenue and expansion targets across the portfolio.
  • Develop and execute account plans focused on retention and adoption.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent)
  • 4+ years in account management, sales, customer success, or related role
  • Proven track record meeting or exceeding revenue, retention, or expansion targets
  • Experience managing a portfolio of B2B customer accounts
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar systems
  • Strong ability to identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
