- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent).
- 4+ years in account management, sales, customer success, or related client-facing role.
- Proven track record meeting or exceeding revenue, retention, or expansion targets.
- Experience managing a portfolio of B2B customer accounts.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar systems.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
