- Minimum of 5+ years in direct sales; CCaaS/UCaaS preferred
- Excellent sales/presentation skills via phone, email and web
- Proven success closing business over the phone
- Ability to explain complex tech to diverse audiences
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Industry experience is a plus but not required
- Energetic, upbeat, tenacious team player with strong communication
- College degree (BA/BS) is required
