  • Nurture and follow up on warm leads (no cold calls)
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline
  • Manage sales opportunities through all stages
  • Identify, qualify, and close prospects; overcome objections
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIโ€™s and quota
  • Track opportunities in Salesforce CRM following internal process
  • Articulate company value proposition
  • Be the subject matter expert on Five9 services and products
  • Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years in direct sales; CCaaS/UCaaS preferred
  • Excellent sales/presentation skills via phone, email and web
  • Proven success closing business over the phone
  • Ability to explain complex tech to diverse audiences
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Industry experience is a plus but not required
  • Energetic, upbeat, tenacious team player with strong communication
  • College degree (BA/BS) is required
