  • Nurture and follow up on warm leads (no cold calls)
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline
  • Manage sales opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle
  • Identify, qualify, and close prospects; overcome objections through consultative approach
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs and quotas
  • Track and manage opportunities in Salesforce.com CRM per internal process

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years direct sales experience; CCaaS/UCaaS preferred
  • Excellent sales and presentation skills via phone, email and web-conference
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales process and closing business over the phone
  • Ability to articulate complex technology concepts to a technical and non-technical audience
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
  • College degree (BA/BS) is required
