Technical Product Success Manager - London
CommerceIQ is seeking a Technical Product Success Manager to join our London team. This role focuses on onboarding, adoption, and value realization of CommerceIQ's product platform for technical customers.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to drive customer success and product adoption.
- Lead technical onboarding, enablement, and training for customers.
- Define and track success metrics, usage patterns, and health indicators.
- Collaborate on product feedback and roadmap prioritization based on customer needs.
- Manage escalations and ensure renewals and expanded deployments.
Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS customer success or technical account management.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into product improvements.
