Role Overview
The Technical Product Success Consultant partners with customers to drive successful adoption of CommerceIQ products. You will deliver onboarding, training, configuration, and ongoing optimization to ensure customers realize measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and product implementation for new customers in the Bengaluru area.
- Translate customer requirements into product usage and configuration steps.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Product, and Customer Success to design effective adoption plans.
- Provide technical guidance, usage best practices, and data-driven success metrics.
- Monitor customer health, identify risks, and drive proactive remediation.
- Escalate complex issues and coordinate cross-functional responses to resolve them.
- Deliver customer training sessions and create helpful self-service resources.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in technical customer success, product consulting, or a similar role in SaaS.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data analysis, dashboards, and interpreting product usage metrics.
- Comfort with working in a fast-paced, global SaaS environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
