Senior HR Generalist at CommerceIQ

Overview

CommerceIQ is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to partner with our People team in Mountain View, California. This role will help scale HR operations, develop scalable policies, support employee relations, manage performance processes, assist with recruiting and onboarding, administer benefits, and ensure legal and regulatory compliance across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and transitions.
Administer employee relations, policy interpretation, and compliance with applicable laws.
Partner with Hiring Managers to support end-to-end recruiting and onboarding processes.
Support performance management, compensation, benefits administration, and HRIS data integrity.
Develop and communicate HR policies and programs that enable a positive, high-performance culture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive people-focused initiatives and programs.

Qualifications

5+ years of HR Generalist or People Operations experience.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, partnering, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
